Fifteen-Minute Informational Appointment

This brief session is an invitation to explore our exquisite store and to receive a general overview of our luxurious product range and services. During this time, you’re welcome to enjoy a guided tour and have any general questions about wigs or hairpieces answered by our knowledgeable staff. However, to ensure the integrity and pristine condition of our high-end inventory—and to safeguard the interests of all our guests—this appointment does not include the handling or trying on of any wigs or hairpieces. This policy is in place as our collection is both extensive and valuable, and only trained wig consultants are authorized to assist with product trials. You may opt for this appointment to be a zoom video or facetime call, if you just want to "check us out" and ask a few questions to determine if you'd like to schedule a full consultation, this is a great option for you!

Forty-Five Minute Consultation Appointment

For those who are ready to make a purchase, we recommend our comprehensive 45-minute consultation. In this personalized session, our expert wig consultant will take the time to understand your specific needs. We will guide you through our detailed product line, provide in-depth information on the entire process, explaining the differences in how wigs are constructed, the differences in medical wigs, synthetic or human hair, partial wigs & hair systems, cap construction options, and more. During this appointment we will take precise measurements of your head to ensure you will have a perfect fit no matter what you choose! Importantly, during this extended appointment, you will have the opportunity to try on select wigs or hairpieces, and your consultant will assist you with color choices as well. This is all done in our luxurious studio, where we see clients by appointment to insure your privacy and comfort.

To maintain a private, serene environment for our clients—and to protect those who may be immune compromised—we carefully limit the number of individuals in our wig studio at any one time. This ensures that every client enjoys a discreet, safe, and focused experience, allowing us to provide the exceptional level of service you deserve.

Walk-Through of a Typical Consultation

At Rebecca's, you will be welcomed by one of our friendly staff members. You should expect to spend about 45 minutes as this will give us the time needed to do a scalp evaluation performed by a trained hair loss specialist, then sit with you for an analysis and consultation. If you have a close friend or family member, please feel free to bring them along. They can often be a great help in your decision process.

After we get some brief history from you, we can look closely into the particular needs you have and give you honest answers to any questions you may have. We will go over what hair replacement solutions are the best fit for you and your particular hair loss. We feel it is important to educate our clients so they fully understand the types of treatments and hair systems and medical prosthesis that will work best for them.

What might be the perfect hair replacement option for one person may not be the best solution for your hair loss. Each person can have different degrees hair loss, may be into different activities, or like to wear their hair in certain hair styles that all play a part in getting the right hair loss solution.
