We offer many products selected specifically to help women feel beautiful and cared for while healing. This includes headwear, aluminum-free deoderant and lotion, shampoo, conditioner and styling agents.

Karen Gara

Karen is the proud owner and operator of Merle Norman Cosmetics, Salon & Spa, Rebecca’s Wigs and New Reflections, all located in Downtown Farmington, Michigan.

For thirty years, Karen has looked forward to coming to work every day.

Susan Hall

Susan has been leading our team as the general manager of all studio operations with her years of experience in all aspects of the beauty and wig industry.

Beth Gentile

Beth works with us as an assistant to the entire staff and booking appointments, assisting in sales, handling administrative duties and studio/salon upkeep. She’s also trained as a wig consultant and enjoys that aspect of her job that she enjoys immensely.

Nancy Fish

Nancy is a Merle Norman Cosmetics beauty advisor as well as a wig consultant for our Rebecca's wig studio. After using Merle Norman herself for many years, she just had to come share with others what she has experienced.
Nancy is also the brightest of stars when it comes to servicing our customers and will truly go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy.

Amy Pavlic

Meet Amy!

Amy is one of the newest additions to our lovely staff and we are so happy to have her!

After being a Merle girl for years, she has now joined our team as a beauty and wig consultant.

Kyra Canada

Our newest team member is a custom wig designer and specializes in multi cultural hair.

Kyra is a welcome edition to our salon and is ready for appointments.

Alice Morgan

Alice has been working as a cosmetologist for 40 years and has been on our team since 2013. She works part time doing hair and nails. Her specialties are cuts and blow outs but she still love a good old fashioned set and style and does perms too!
She also works as a consultant and stylist in our wig studio and is booking medicinal manicures for those who are restricted from full spa manicures.

Alice loves to share stories and good laughs with her clients and has a whole lot of heart-to-hearts in her mental book of fond memories after all of her years of experience.

Maggie Lakatos

Professional Wig Consltant and Beauty Advisor for Merle Norman Cosmetics, Salon & Spa. Maggie can typically be found in our glistening cosmetics room ready to help the next client who walks in. Makeovers and beauty questions are always welcome!
